Unused products that are eligible for repackaging and reintegration into inventory may be returned, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Some exclusions may apply please contact us for more details.
Conditions & Warranty for Web Orders
All products sold by Dacsol are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery, provided they are used under normal conditions.
If a defect is identified within this period, Dacsol will repair or replace the defective product at no charge (installation excluded). The replacement part will be delivered on buyer business location, provided the buyer:
- Promptly notifies Dacsol of the defect.
- Demonstrates normal use and service of the product.
- Returns the defective part at their own expense.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product.
Dacsol expressly disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and product description or quality.
Warranty Limitations
Specifications in the Dacsol Catalog or written proposals are estimates and should not be interpreted as express warranties. Descriptions, illustrations, and forecasts in brochures and trade literature do not serve as warranties of performance or product quality.
Dacsol shall not be liable for any ordinary, incidental, or consequential damages, including:
- Loss of production
- Loss of anticipated profits or savings
- Claims from third parties related to product defects
Additionally, Dacsol is not responsible for any physical injuries or fatalities arising from product use or defects. The buyer’s sole remedy is the warranty terms outlined above.
If a delivered product does not meet agreed terms, or if any loss/damage occurs, Dacsol’s maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
